To be successful today as an athlete or serious non-athlete, you need to be training hard and eating well to reach your physical potential. If not, you will most likely be left behind by the competition. The problem is that the training and nutritional information today can seem to say opposite things. There is so much conflicting information. This can be a strange and confusing business. That’s why I started my online coaching business.
You bring the effort, dedication and commitment and I’ll take care of everything else.

As long as you "know your way around a weight room"... I can coach you.
Web Strength Coach is not for complete beginners with zero strength training knowledge. You should at least know your way around a weight room. It is assumed that you know the basic weight training exercises, how to perform them and be familiar with gym equipment. If you have just this basic knowledge but need direction, guidance and motivation, I can help you. Getting stronger must also be part of your overall goal as the primary method of training I use is weight training. I can adjust the various weight training methods along with lifestyle changes to reach any goal for men and women of all ages. If your primary method of training is not progressive weight training, do not sign-up to train with me. I do not train anyone using bodyweight only, kettlebells only or bands. We mainly use barbells, dumbells, strongman objects and guided barbells, (ie. the good machines such as Hammer Strength and others). If you want to add a few kettlebell movements after the main workout is done, no problem. Chins, Dips and Abs/hypers are the only bodyweight exercises we do. If you don't enjoy LIFTING heavier weights, (or don't have the desire to do so), don't waste my time!
If you do not care at all about getting stronger and only want to lose weight, … you should learn to play tennis or do something else with someone else.

I don't only train athletes and most of my clients are not athletes but are serious about their training. Your age and fitness level do not matter. Of course, your training program and the training intensity I use can differ greatly depending on your age and condition when you start. You conditioning will be slowly and safely built up from your starting baseline level. All that matters is your attitude.

Here’s how it works…
Once I receive your order, I will email you some additional simple forms to fill out such as a health history questionaire. After this is completed, we'll set up the time for the first phone (or Skype) in-depth consultation where we discuss your goals and establish a plan of attack. Your online training time does not start till we have the first consultation. Once you start training, I'll check in daily and provide comments, feedback and make any necessary modifications to your training, nutrition or motivation to ensure steady, consistent progress.
